Attention: You must also change your SJSU_Premier WiFi password on all your portable devices, otherwise you will be locked out of your account. Thank you.

SJSU ID		SJSU ID must be a 9 digit number You must enter your SJSU ID
It is 9 numeric digits. Include the zeros at the beginning. Your SJSU ID is the same as your emplid and student ID. Your SJSU ID is also printed on the back of your tower card.
If it has been more than one year since the end of your last semester, you will no longer have an SJSUOne account. To see your grades and information on MySJSU, please submit an Alumni Account Help Form.
